This is a b-aDeals exclusive item. Designed and built in our own shop. With these 4 frame corners you can make any size screen frame you need just by adding straight pipe. Minimum size is a 40" x 40" finished frame. Maximum size without our center support is 9' X 12'. Maximum size with center supports is 9' x ?'. You can add as many center supports as you like to get the size you want.

The frame corners are custom made for an easy setup with a great looking finished product. It gives you a perfectly flat viewing area for your screen and it is always adjustable. The screen wraps around the frame for a nice clean look. This way you are looking at the movie and not the structure holding the movie screen. Now, you can easily add legs and they will be independently adjustable so you can even setup on uneven ground. No blower fans like you have with a blow-up screen means, no noise and no electric cords running to the screen. Setup anywhere you like. These corners make the frame very easy to setup and take down for transport and they only weigh 18 pounds in the box.
The corners are mig welded for a super strong frame, swaged for easy assembly, then painted to resist corrosion. Our frame corners can be used indoors or out. Each corner is swaged with a nut welded on each end for a set screw/bolt.
For our 2011 corners, we replaced the small screw with a 1/4" bolt. These are easier to snug up and there are no screw heads to round out. Just be carefull not to over tighten these because they will smash the inside pipe, makeing it hard to take apart again. We also added built in leg clamps on each corner for 2011. These will allow you to easily add legs to your frame without the need for other hardware. You can adjust each leg independently and there is an extra nut welded on so you can add I hooks for tying the frame down or add braceing for large frames.
Everything is in place that is needed to add pipe. Works with 3/4" metal (EMT) electrical conduit pipe that you can purchase at your local hardware or home improvement store.
PLEASE NOTE: Metal EMT electrical conduit pipe is measured by the inside diameter (ID) of the pipe. A 3/4" (ID) conduit pipe measures 1" or 15/16" to be exact, on the outside diameter (OD) of the pipe. The pipe is typically sold in 10' lengths.
The hard work is done! All you need to do is lay the corners spaced out on the floor for the frame size you want. Add the pipe needed and tighten with a 7/16" wrench. That's it, you now have a frame ready for screen material. Can be hung on a wall or made to be free standing by adding legs.
